Professional is designed for working professionals, aspiring traders, brokers, bankers, entrepreneurs and executives. Focus is intended for participants seeking deeper industry-specific knowledge.
No prior commodity experience is required for Foundation. Professional is accessible to participants with a serious interest in physical commodity trade, although business, finance, logistics or commercial exposure can be useful. Focus is best suited to participants who want advanced sector-specific learning.
Professional develops an end-to-end understanding of physical commodity transactions across markets, contracts, shipping, trade finance, risk and execution. Focus applies those disciplines to a specific commodity industry and adds deeper sector structure, products, specifications, pricing and transaction cases.
The courses are designed around live, interactive online sessions. Any recording access, where offered for a particular cohort, will be communicated separately and should not be treated as a substitute for live participation.
Participants should attend live wherever possible. Catch-up material or recording availability, if applicable to the cohort, will be communicated by TraaFin Academy. Missed-session support does not remove the attendance requirements for certification.
Yes. The courses are delivered online and are designed for participants across geographies. Participants should check the published session time in their own time zone before enrolling.
Yes. Participants who satisfy the applicable attendance and completion requirements receive a TraaFin Academy Certificate of Completion for the course completed.
Courses may include case work, quizzes, assignments or a practical completion exercise depending on the course and cohort. Any mandatory assessment requirement will be communicated at the beginning of the course.
Foundation and Professional enrolments proceed through the payment link provided after registration. Focus applications are reviewed before the payment stage. Payment confirmation is subject to successful receipt by the designated payment account.
